During my internship at Pick A Box Packaging, I had the opportunity to work on a range of projects, with a focus on social media content creation and market research. I assisted in developing social media posts to promote the brand and engage with both B2B and B2C audiences. My role involved crafting posts that highlighted our services and products while maintaining a consistent and professional brand presence online.
In addition to social media, I conducted comprehensive market research to analyze packaging trends and consumer behavior across both the B2B and B2C sectors. This research helped us better understand the packaging needs and preferences of different customer groups, providing valuable insights into what types of packaging would be most effective for specific products. I also assisted in researching the most suitable packaging options for various products, from clothes to fragile items like easily breakable jars, ensuring that each product received the appropriate packaging solution to protect and enhance its presentation.
