Proud Sugar: Retail Partnerships
One of my key responsibilities during my internship at Proud Sugar was helping establish connections with Gourmet Market and other retail stores to ensure the products were placed on their shelves. This process involved reaching out to potential retail partners, managing communications, and supporting the negotiation process to secure optimal product placement. My focus was not only on getting the product into as many retail stores as possible but also ensuring it was strategically placed in locations where our target audience could easily access and engage with the brand. Additionally, I worked closely with the retail teams to analyze market trends and identify the best product positioning based on customer demographics and store layouts. This helped ensure that the products aligned with both the brand’s objectives and the retail partner's target market, driving better visibility and engagement.
