Proud Sugar: Collaboration with Brand Ambassador

During my time with the Proud Sugar group, I had the opportunity to assist with a significant collaboration involving our brand ambassador, Jamyjames. Proud Sugar was the first sugar company in Thailand to have a brand ambassador, with the vision of becoming "sugar for the new generation." My role in this collaboration was to support the coordination and execution of the partnership, ensuring that the messaging was consistent and aligned between the brand and Jamyjames’s personal brand. This involved close communication with both internal teams and external partners to strategize content that resonated with our target audience, contributing to the success of the campaign.

This was my first experience working in the brand ambassador and celebrity endorsement field, and it provided valuable insights into managing these types of partnerships. I learned how to craft content that effectively communicates brand values while maintaining the authenticity of the ambassador's personal brand.

Proud Sugar: Retail Partnerships

One of my key responsibilities during my internship at Proud Sugar was helping establish connections with Gourmet Market and other retail stores to ensure the products were placed on their shelves. This process involved reaching out to potential retail partners, managing communications, and supporting the negotiation process to secure optimal product placement. My focus was not only on getting the product into as many retail stores as possible but also ensuring it was strategically placed in locations where our target audience could easily access and engage with the brand. Additionally, I worked closely with the retail teams to analyze market trends and identify the best product positioning based on customer demographics and store layouts. This helped ensure that the products aligned with both the brand’s objectives and the retail partner's target market, driving better visibility and engagement.

Proud Sugar: Social Media Content Creation

As part of my role with the Proud Sugar group, I was also responsible for assisting in the creation of social media posts and content. This involved developing engaging visuals and captions, curating content that aligned with the brand’s voice, and ensuring that each post resonated with our target audience. I worked closely with the team to maintain a consistent and appealing presence across our social media platforms, aiming to drive engagement and promote the brand's values effectively.

Pick A Box Packaging: Social Media and Market Research

During my internship at Pick A Box Packaging, I had the opportunity to work on a range of projects, with a focus on social media content creation and market research. I assisted in developing social media posts to promote the brand and engage with both B2B and B2C audiences. My role involved crafting posts that highlighted our services and products while maintaining a consistent and professional brand presence online.

In addition to social media, I conducted comprehensive market research to analyze packaging trends and consumer behavior across both the B2B and B2C sectors. This research helped us better understand the packaging needs and preferences of different customer groups, providing valuable insights into what types of packaging would be most effective for specific products. I also assisted in researching the most suitable packaging options for various products, from clothes to fragile items like easily breakable jars, ensuring that each product received the appropriate packaging solution to protect and enhance its presentation.

I believe that every experience, big or small, contributes to my growth and development. I am grateful for all of the opportunities I've had to learn and grow, for every mentor who has guided me, and for every challenge that has pushed me to become better. Each step in my journey, whether it was a success or setback, has taught me valuable lessons and shaped the person I am today. I embrace each new experience with an open mind, knowing that it is another opportunity to expand my knowledge, refine my skills, and move closer to my goals.
